TEMMCO were employed to supply labour and fabricated items for a shutdown at an Xstrata coal mine in December 2011. The shut was completed twenty four hours ahead of schedule and all work was done to a high standard. Customer and end user commented on the highly professional approach, quality workmanship and safety aspect of the work undertaken by TEMMCO personnel.
Scope of Work
OPS (Operational Performance and Setup) test grizzly screen.
Audit screen internally and externally checking for wear and tear, loose bolts & cracks.
Remove worn grizzly support beam and install new one.
Supply and install sandwich plates to LH & RH side plate.
Replace all bolts in grizzly cassettes.
Remove the guards from the exciters check for leaks and clean with degreaser.
Drain and replace oil and complete overall inspection of exciter
Install remote breather to exciters.
