Xstrata Coal Grizzly Screen Refurbishment

TEMMCO were employed to supply labour and fabricated items for a shutdown at an Xstrata coal mine in December 2011. The shut was completed twenty four hours ahead of schedule and all work was done to a high standard. Customer and end user commented on the highly professional approach, quality workmanship and safety aspect of the work undertaken by TEMMCO personnel.

Double Deck Vibrating Screen

The attached image shows a double deck vibrating screen fabricated and assembled at TEMMCO Rutherford facilities in fourth quarter 2011.

The screen was 2.140 metres wide x 6.1 metres long and is to be installed in hard rock mining. The total weight of screen and isolation frame was 23 tonne.

Double Deck Vibrating Screen

This double deck vibrating screen for hard rock mining was fabricated and assembled at TEMMCO Rutherford site starting August 2011. Screen size is 3.050 metre width x 7.320 metre length double deck machine and weighed in at an overall weight of 35 tonne.

The screen and isolation frame was completed under fourteen weeks from placement of order by their client.

Removal, overhaul and reinstallation of a 35 tonne CW Pump.

Coal Reclaimer Project

Planned one week refurbishment of a Shade Coal Reclaimer including chain replacement, repair 87 buckets, chute relines, removal and sub-arc repair of the 4 off bull wheels, straightening of boom and removal/overhaul of the 4 off drive bogies.
